    All BWAZ event ticket purchases are nonrefundable, unless the event is cancelled. No exceptions. If an event is cancelled, please allow 7-10 business days after the event date to receive a full refund. If you have purchased tickets up for an event that you are no longer able to attend, there may be an option to transfer your ticket to another BWAZ event or to another person. In the event that the event ticket purchases are nontransferable, it will be clearly stated in the FAQ section of the event description prior to purchasing. BWAZ is not responsible if event refund policies and/or FAQs are not reviewed prior to purchase.
