Phay Dee
Phay Dee ​is the owner and founder of Black Women of Arizona, a women's social group that was created in 2016 to provide women of color the opportunity to network, form relationships, and socialize all on one platform.
Her work in the community has been featured on Voyage Phoenix, Shoutout Arizona, ABC 15 Arizona, and Toyota.
Phay also owns Phay Dee Consulting, a high-end consulting firm for licensed mental health providers. With her proven strategies and guidance, she has assisted several women to close high-ticket sales and contracts and build a business that they can truly be proud of.
She recently launched BWAZ Business Coaching for women on the platform as a way to give back again to a community that has supported her vision of Sisterhood.

What is the difference between the BWAZ private business coaching program and the BWAZ Business Academy?
The BWAZ private business coaching program is a 90-day invite-only program that provides hands-on guidance and support on your entrepreneurial journey. This program will consist of weekly coaching calls, a free Q&A with industry experts (legal, tax, etc), and a branding shoot. This program is best for business owners who are already generating money in their business, ready to invest and commit to the program at a high level, and looking to get to their next level quickly. This program consists of fewer than 10 members at a time to ensure that members receive the highest level of support.
The BWAZ Business Academy is a 6-month business mentoring program that provides a large variety of virtual training in various aspects of a business. This program is best for service-based business owners who are just starting or have been in business for less than 2 years and are not yet in a position to invest or commit to a higher level of business coaching. This program is 100% self-paced and will consist of monthly coaching and accountability calls in a private group setting.

Yes. We do not currently offer business coaching services to product-based business owners.

How much do these programs cost?
The investment for the BWAZ Business coaching programs starts at $1500 and up depending on the level of support that you need for your business. The BWAZ Business Academy is $197/MO for 6 months ($997 paid in full).

Do I have to live in Arizona in order to join this program?
No. These programs are open to women all over the United States. As long as you have access to email and the Internet, you're welcome to join.
